As a Founding Engineer - Machine Learning, you will be a crucial member of our team, developing and deploying advanced ML models.
Working closely with our CTO, you'll build scalable solutions to solve real-world problems and influence our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deploy ML models and algorithms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage ML project lifecycle from data collection to deployment.
- Optimize models for performance and efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning as a founding team member.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in developing and deploying ML models.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred :
- Startup experience.
- Experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD tools.
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications.
