Responsibilities
- Back up for reception duties.
- Maintain supply inventory; verify inventory levels by monitoring shelves.
- Orders, receives, and organizes supplies in supply room or storage.
- Deliver mail and package daily.
- Assist staff with shipping needs.
- Manage office supply inventory and keep supply area organized.
- Restock first aid supply.
- Maintain list of building maintenance or office maintenance issues and coordinate repairs / maintenance tasks as needed.
- Re-stock all items from pantry, kitchen, and office supplies.
Requirements :
- 1+ year of Office Services or Facilities experience.
- Ability to stand on feet for extended period.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
