KSS Immersion Schools is a growing education company whose mission is to bring its world class language immersion programs to as many families as possible. KSS currently has three programs; Shu Ren International School, KSS Immersion Preschools in the Bay Area, and Green Ivy Schools in New York.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS A SCHOOL PORTER

As a School Porter at one or more of our East Bay locations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of the school facilities. Your responsibilities will include various tasks related to cleanliness, support, organization, and general upkeep, contributing to a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for our students, staff, and visitors. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and well-organized environment, we welcome your application for the position of School Porter.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

General :

• Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
• Sweep, mop, and spot-clean hallways, classrooms, and common areas as needed
• Keep the main entrance, lobby, and waiting areas tidy
• Clean and restock restrooms regularly, ensuring soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are available
• Check and empty trash bins throughout the day, replacing liners as needed
• Clean up spills promptly to maintain a safe environment
• Address any unexpected messes or maintenance needs (e.g., leaks, stains, or broken items)
