Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated and talented attorney to join a dynamic team and litigate complex employment matters, including class action wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and more.

Qualifications :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar Membership
- At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in employment law
- Strong communication, research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with California State and Federal civil procedures
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
