Glide - Relaunch is an eight-week return-to-work program, or "returnship", that provides the necessary resources to support and accelerate your exposure at Wells Fargo after being on a current career break of at least two (2) years.
- The professional role(s) below have been set aside by the business division(s) in anticipation of their Glide participant filling that position.
- During your eight-week returnship you will spend 80% of your time focused on work directly aligned to one of these roles within the business.
- The remaining 20% of your time consists of a program manager-led, cohort curriculum experience that includes skills refresh, engagement with program graduates, and senior leader networking opportunities - giving you the chance to learn from successful Wells Fargo leaders who will share their expertise and knowledge to help relaunch your career.
Following successful completion of the program, participants who meet performance expectations may be offered full-time, benefit-eligible roles directly following the returnship.

Program Expectations :
Must be able to commit to full duration of 8-week returnship program working a hybrid office schedule, from September 9 - November 1.
Conversion to full-time employment is based on performance over the 8-week returnship. Conversion decisions and processing will immediately follow the returnship beginning on November 4 without a break in service.

In this role, you may :
- Guide complex initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications
- Participate in various projects intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure
- Contribute to the evaluation of internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goals
- Assist in the design, build and deploy of infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third-party vendors
- Advise on decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirements
- Identify risks and controls of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and achieve results
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers and external vendors
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
- Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of at least 2 years
Desired Qualifications :
Technology : Consumer Technology Business Relationship Management team
- Experience as a lead sales engineer providing technical expertise and business relationship engagement
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
- Some experience in learning delivery which includes knowledge transfer, supporting skills development, and changing behaviors using a range of techniques
- 3+ years of experience business relationship management capabilities :
- developing, producing, and delivering regular and ad hoc management information to provide insights and aid decision-making
- demand management including analyzing and proactively managing business demand for new services or modifications to existing service features or volumes
- Identification of prospective customers and working with them to identify needs, influence purchase decisions and enhance future business opportunities
- experience developing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets
- portfolio management developing and applying a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programs, projects and / or ongoing services
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following technologies :
- database technology with large data warehouses, data lakes or the business of data management
- contact center technology experience
- financial services operational experience in the business and / or technology in any or all of wholesale, retail, and shared services business lines
- private and public cloud experience with specific focus on application modernization to take advantage of cloud native capabilities.
