Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Crest Hill, ILarea.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify behaviors and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Oversee and train RBTs and other staff in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
- Directly work with clients to implement interventions and monitor their progress.
- Work with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and maintain thorough documentation.
Qualifications :
- A master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Completion of specific coursework in behavior analysis, including topics such as principles of behavior, ethics, assessment, and intervention strategies.
- Certified with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Maintain credentialing and adherence to the BACB's ethical guidelines and completing ongoing continuing education to maintain certification.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
