Key Responsibilities
Execute daily banking and payment processes related to payroll liabilities
Resolve discrepancies from banking errors and assist in client benefits implementation
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and ensure timely execution of processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role
Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce, HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Minimum 1 year of experience in benefits and payroll
Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce software
