Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support : Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including processing sales orders, and managing customer inquiries.
Order Management : Handle job order entry ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Interaction : Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal recruiters, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
Data Management : Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation : Create and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales collateral.
Coordination : Work closely with other departments such as finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
