Location : Remote
Responsibilities :
- Plan, control and direct internal and external land agent real estate activities such as lease acquisition and negotiation, ROW negotiation and other agreements needed
- Coordinate with Developers on land acquisition activities
- Oversee lease processing and work with land agents to obtain supporting documentation
- Complete monthly forecasting and reports and supports team members
- Work with GIS team and external land brokers to identify mapping needs and land status updates
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7-9 years' experience in acquisition of land agreements for energy projects. Wind and renewable experience optimal.
- Has in-depth know how in developing, negotiating, and executing complex real estate agreements.
- Working knowledge of chain of title, surface lease agreements, and title curative documents

- Skilled in multi-Tasking and prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced work environment
- Tenacious and creative problem-solver who has strong negotiating skills and attention to detail
