1st Shift Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Greet visitors warmly and handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Manage voicemail messages and direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
