About The Position
Job Description & Requirements
Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate : 11 / 25 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1996.16 - $2299.92
IR Tech needed asap Requires standing and walking while wearing 10 to 15 pound lead radiation protection aprons. Exposure to radiation, secretions and blood.
Confined working area. Normal vision, manual dexterity and good eye and hand coordination is necessary to operate equipment.
Constant concentration required during procedures.High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of an ANA accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or completion of an accredited Radiology Interventional Program required.
BLS HCP certification from AHA required. RTR required. 1 year in diagnostic and 1 year in Interventional Radiology preferred.
Requirements : ARRT and BLS required- Hospital experience required. Stroke experience a must. Applicant must be ok with performing line placement on pediatric patients.
Must have experience with performing various types abdominal angiogram and embolization, drain placements, central line placements, and revascularization experience a plus.
Certification / Licensure / Experience Preferences : ARRT (R), BLS Required
