Responsibilities :
- Become familiar with the local preventative maintenance processes and programs.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and leadership to determine priorities for work evaluation and improvement.
- Accomplish procedure review, including in-field monitoring and analysis.
- Utilize lean principles to optimize procedures while maintaining high standards in safety and quality.
- Provide updated labor requirements and duration for procedures.
- Assist engineers with procedure and program updates to incorporate approved changes.
Requirements and Skills :
- Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of machinery, processes and standards.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- 5 years of experience in an Industrial Engineer role required.
Educational Requirement :
- BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering field with experience in process optimization.
