Role Description
The role will involve working with a key automotive client of ours supporting their Connected Operations team who is entrusted with the crucial task of protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience from the point of purchase and throughout its entire lifespan.
Specifically, within the Technical Operations division, our primary focus is to guarantee that customers have exceptional performance and experiences when utilizing digital services with their vehicles.

Daily activities for this individual :
- Metric review and impact analysis
- ETL / data migration maintenance
- Report / data optimization of massive record sets
- Report / dashboard creation
- API / Telemetry LOB support
- Bug / incident creation and tracking
- Technical triage support
- Ad hoc projects / reports
- Requirements gathering

Tools
- SQL, Big data (Spark / Hive) , ETL, Unix shell scripting, Databricks experience and Power BI or Tableau (Need to have)
