WHAT THE JOB IS :
- Interact with our amazing customers via email and phone
- Resolve issues related to billing, services, and other concerns
- Handle escalated calls with upset customers
- Comfortable offering and selling upgrades and parts
- Work with several computer systems
- Learn new skills
ATTRIBUTES WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
- Customer Relations experience preferred
- Call Center experience preferred
- Be comfortable working with sales and keeping the business of customers.
- Can type 40+ wpm
- Knowledge of current PC hardware
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to work full time - schedules may change and vary in hours based upon company needs.
WHAT WE OFFER :
- Starting rate is $13.00 / hr + generous bonuses! The average agent makes up to $17 / hr!!
