We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH).
In this specialized setting, you will provide critical, extended care to patients recovering from severe illnesses, surgeries, or injuries.
As an RN in an LTACH facility, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, high-level care for patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and chronic health conditions in a long-term care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' progress and response to treatments.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Implement, adjust, and evaluate individualized patient care plans based on changing needs and assessments.
- Utilize advanced technology and monitoring equipment to assess patient health status.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
- Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
