• Offering exceptional customer service to guests
• Suggesting additional food and drink items to guests
• Recognizing first-time guests, as well as regulars, and developing a repertoire with customers
• Using the Point of Sale system
• Performing cash handling and checkout procedures correctly
• Attending to all side work such as cleaning, stocking, etc.
