Job Duties and Qualifications
Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on enterprise application architecture, design review, and technical mentorship
- Provide support to the Product Owner in ensuring all the deliverables are completed on time
- Utilize Appian's best practices to design and build of BPM applications
- Support multiple Appian projects and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Guide project team members on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps to drive technical success
- Validate the solution implemented against best design practices, create prototype to get Business feedback to achieve desired outcome
- Perform Appian performance tuning efforts to ensure design implemented scales well for business need
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to understand their business processes and technical needs
- Serves as an Appian Subject Matter expert on all Appian projects
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance, coaching and mentoring junior developers
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting Appian applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Framework
Qualifications :
- Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline, and 10 years of related experience or through 14 years of software development experience.
- Completion of a master's in computer science or similar discipline is preferred
