Job Description :
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced practitioner, we have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and contract positions in various settings including hospitals, schools, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' independence and quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory processing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
