Volt is immediately hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers in Lake Forest, CA.
As an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers you will :
- Completing tasks to build from component parts the electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Adhering to all company operating procedures and quality requirements
- Performing surface-mount and through hold soldering on printed circuit boards
- Trimming, clipping, crimping and tinning of wires and leads
- Fabricate, test and troubleshoot electrical cables, harnessed and electronic components and assemblies for high reliability integration
- Assemble fabrication and inspect complex box builds
- Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to sub assemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have :
- IPC-A-610 and JSTD-00 1 preferred
- Degree from an accredited High School
- Experience with soldering irons, hot air equipment, microscopes, electronic multi-meter, screw gun and standard assembly tools
- Able to pass a skills test
Schedule : 1st Shift 7AM to 3 : 30PM
Pay Rate : $19 to $24 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
