Our mission is simple : End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be a part of making this happen.

Location : flexible for remote in the USA, or Canada

About the Role

The Arctic Wolf Product group is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Managed Detection and Response product team.

As the Senior Product Manager Detections, you will own the Detections capabilities of the product portfolio. Working closely with our Security Services teams, our customers, and engineering, you will identify and prioritize the creation of new detections, update existing detections, and monitor the usage and efficacy of our detection catalog across the business.

You ensure that our alerts and ticketing provide our customers with actionable insights and consistently demonstrate the value of the Arctic Wolf services.

In this role, you will partner with leadership across the organization to influence and contribute to the strategic direction for a core part of the product.

You will provide subject matter expertise and leadership to other parts of the business to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.

This role requires significant amounts of cross-functional and cross-team collaboration. The candidate in this role will succeed through partnership, indirect authority, and relationship building as much as technical acumen.

The primary customer for this role will be internal, however, you will still need to interact with external customers and be comfortable speaking on customer calls.

As this is an experienced role, you will also assist with the overall execution of the product function, including ensuring process requirements are met, providing suggestions and improvements to existing product processes, and mentoring and supporting other product team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who You Are

3 years of product management experience, or similar experience with a transferrable skillset, such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or others

Effective Communicator You can communicate clearly and succinctly through verbal, written, and other forms of communication.

You practice active listening, and ask insightful questions. You prioritize and communicate the right information to the right audience.

You know how to cut through the noise, get to the signal and amplify it, where needed

Critical Thinker You can dig in and get to the root of the issue. Whether it’s listening to your customers and asking clarifying questions or coming up with novel solutions to problems you are insightful, inquisitive, intuitive and a problem solver.

Humble You embody servant-leadership. You are willing to dive in, get your hands dirty and are always willing to help out.

You are accountable and drive for good decisions, but you own your mistakes. You accept feedback graciously and give your colleagues grace.

Assertive You recognize the value of getting diverse inputs, but you also recognize the need to act. You move decisively with the best information you have at hand, and you acknowledge when you need to pivot, and take accountability.

Collaborator You know your success is your team’s success. You are approachable and cordial but are always driving towards a goal.

You enable success across different functions and strive to make an inclusive environment; making sure everyone has their voices heard.

You give praise and credit freely to your colleagues.

We recognize that everyone's career journey is different and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.

We're eager to meet people that believe in our mission and can contribute to our team not just candidates who can check all the boxes.
