Join Fingerprint as our Director of Product, where you'll be instrumental in driving the development and execution of our cutting-edge API-first product initiatives.

In this dynamic role, you'll lead a skilled team of product managers and collaborate extensively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Your focus will be on delivering high-quality technical products that align with our strategic business goals.

Responsibilities :

Product Management and Strategy :

• Develop and refine the product strategy, focusing on API solutions that meet market demands and customer needs.
• Conduct thorough market research and gather customer insights to guide product development.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

• Work closely with the Engineering team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure technical robustness.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align product offerings with customer demands and feedback.
• Coordinate with Marketing to support go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.

Product Roadmap and Execution :

• Manage the product planning process, balancing short-term wins and long-term vision.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle for API-centric products, focusing on innovation, usability, and quality.
• Implement best practices in product management to continuously elevate the product development process.

Customer-Centric Focus :

• Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring products are developed with the user in mind.
• Utilize customer feedback and data-driven insights to enhance product features and user experience.

Team Development and Mentoring :

• Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to your team, ensuring high engagement and performance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on API-first products and technical solutions.
• Experience in API development, engineering practices, and building robust, scalable products.
• Proven ability in leading product teams and driving successful product launches in a tech-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and project management.
