Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a biopharmaceutical setting.

This is a key role that will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, and Paylocity.
  • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Proficiency with Ceridian and HCM software
  • Experience with Benefit Functions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations within HR
  • Ability to manage and resolve Employee Relations issues
  • Demonstrated experience with Hiring Processes
