Key Responsibilities
Own the technical relationship with customers
Support customers through their trial process and ensure successful onboarding
Provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize necessary functionalities
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent
Previous B2B SaaS experience
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and operating systems
Strong project management skills in a startup environment
General knowledge of a scripting language and familiarity with REST API development is a plus
