The facility is located in Dallas, Oregon.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour call coverage running from 7 AM to 7 AM. On average, the clinic sees an estimated 8-12 patients per day.
During shifts, the provider must be available to respond to facility calls promptly, following medical staff guidelines.
The emergency call burden is approximately 5-6 days per week, with an estimated 15-22 deliveries per month. The facility uses Cerner as its EMR system for patient records and management.
