Description
As a Clinical Supervisor for Crisis Intervention Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, administrative, and staffing operations of various programs and cost centers.
This role involves strategic planning, ensuring the delivery of efficient and quality services, and maintaining ethical principles and professional standards of practice.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing budgets, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Related Human Service Field
- 2 years of management experience in a healthcare related setting
- 3 years of experience as a licensed clinician
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Experience in crisis work preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer proficient
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships within and outside their entity
