T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred - PALS preferred Must-Have : Current peripheral IV start skills; Epic experience Job Description : Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients in the Women's & Children's Center- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, document and evaluate care based on the nursing process- Demonstrate competencies in two or more areas : neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, labor and delivery, or post-partum- Supervise supportive staff including technicians and CNAs- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies and standards of care- Possibility to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby as needed Preferred : Bilingual skills highly preferred
