Job Description :
This individual will greet visitors to the model home, guide visitors through the model and inventory homes within community, gather prospect information for follow up and generate sales for the community.
Primary Duties :
- Exceptional customer service and communication with potential homeowners
- Diligent follow-up and use of CRM with potential homebuyers
- Complete, accurate, and timely contracts and other paperwork
- Prepare and submit all designated weekly traffic and sales reports.
- Actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings as required.
- Manage MLS listing for assigned community.
- Work with the Marketing department to ensure homes in the community are up to date on all marketing platforms.
- Perform market research for assigned community.
- Advise and direct buyers throughout the new home sales process.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills :
- Must have a current Utah Real Estate Sales License
- Experience in new home sales preferred.
- Be client driven.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Willing to work hard and learn new responsibilities.
- Great communication skills are critical.
Physical Requirements :
- This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in / around construction site, apartment homes, models, and properties.
- This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions (to include but limited to, rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet), around hazardous chemicals, dust, dirt, and other particulates.
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs. independently.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting.
- To perform other duties as required.
