• Monday - Friday schedule with 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week
• Serve upscale retirement communities and senior care centers
• Board certification / eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine required
• Collaborative practice environment with 5 physicians and 10+ nurse practitioners
• Geriatric fellowship training preferred; assisted living and nursing home experience a plus
