Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and leverage a non-automotive client base (Aerospace, Defense, Energy industries, etc.)
- Expand sales through direct interaction with customer contacts
- Prepare and present responses to RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited proposals
- Develop and implement strategic account and market segment plans to achieve company revenue goals
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Prepare for and attend sales review meetings, deliver professional sales presentations, and other duties as assigned
- Attend trade shows as appropriate
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Aerospace or Defense Tooling preferred
- Superior sales ability, management skills, and leadership qualities
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial, business planning, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision
- Expertise in Microsoft suite, CRM, and social media tools
- A willingness to travel as necessary
