Litigation Associate Attorney - California-Los Angeles
Job Overview : A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to work on a wide variety of litigation matters on behalf of public agency clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of litigation processes and demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Duties : Represent clients in court and during mediation proceedings.Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and strategy development.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records.Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.Provide clients with legal advice and updates on case progress.
Assist in the development of trial strategies and presentations.Requirements : 2-4 years of litigation experience.Proven experience representing public agency clients is a plus.
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications : Active license to practice law in California.
