What's the job?
As the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus will be to grow our brand awareness, attract new consumers and drive overall results.
You will create and execute captivating marketing, sales and educational campaigns for various social media platforms, email campaigns, texting, webinars, and blogs.
You'll partner with our sales and operations executive team to develop captivating content that resonates with our customer.
What you'll do :
- Develop and implement a social media, e-mail campaign and in-store marketing strategy in alignment with executive team.
- Manage and create relevant and appealing content for social media efforts.
- Ensure that all marketing campaigns are effective and engaging while accurately representing our brand.
- Create and implement a plan to employ key resources of digital marketing such as SEO, content creation, email marketing, pay-per-click, affiliate marketing, social media advertising and campaigns, conversion optimization and affiliate partnerships.
- Create and manage our internal marketing calendar.
- Attract customers and drive sales by maintaining a meaningful, continuous presence on diverse online platforms such as Snap Chat, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (previously Twitter), text, and email.
- Manage all direct message, comments, and shares.
- Ensure a positive brand experience in all marketing efforts.
- Create engaging material that resonates with our customers and drives results.
- Oversee and measure paid ad campaigns within guidelines and budget.
- Analyze, track and report to executive team on performance driven KPI metrics to determine ROI, and overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Promote and advertise trade shows, special events and in store promotions.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you bring :
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, advertising, communication.
- You are a passionate sales and customer focused individual who is always up to date with current trends and digital marketing.
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Proven track record and experience in B2C online retail sales.
- Knowledge of B2C lead generation strategy.
- Expertise in social media management.
- Understands industry standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Digital marketing and social media branding experience is required.
- Very detail oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of social media and brand development.
- Strong understanding and proven track record growing online retail sales.
