Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new opportunity? Midway Staffing is seeking Machine Operators for positions in Carol Stream and West Chicago.

Position : Machine Operator
Pay Rate : $18-$20 / hour
Locations : Carol Stream, IL, and West Chicago, IL
Shift :
- Training Shift : 1st Shift (5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM) for 1-2 weeks
- West Chicago : Transition to 2nd Shift (4 : 00 PM - end of job, typically 12 : 00 AM or 1 : 00 AM)
- Carol Stream : Transition to 2nd Shift (1 : 00 PM - 9 : 30 PM)
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor machines in a cold environment to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure machines are functioning according to specifications.
- Follow instructions, processes, and safety procedures as outlined by the company.
- Perform adjustments and troubleshoot any issues with the machines during production.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
