Process Engineer

What you’ll do :
- Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
- Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
- Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD.
What is required :
- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Degree
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge in process design, development, and optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
