Position Summary : As a nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Addressing the physical, psychosocial, and religious / cultural needs of the patient and family is crucial. Effective communication with the healthcare team about changes in the patient's condition is essential.
Minimum Requirements : · Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing is required.
From an accredited school is required. · You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
- A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred. · 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
