About the Role

Job Title : Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in Java, .NET, and C#.
• Experience with automation tools, particularly UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with Test and Defect Management Tools such as TFS and JIRA.
• Understanding of DevOps from a testing perspective.
• Ability to analyze requirements and define test strategies, scenarios, and data.
• Skilled in creating and executing automated test scripts.
• Expertise in defect tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in all phases of software testing, including automation testing, web, and database testing with SQL.
• Proven track record of executing test cases and preparing test data.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute automated test scripts using UiPath.
• Experience in regression testing and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders and management.

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with web testing and UI automation from upstream data creation.
• Good understanding of BFS (Banking and Financial Services) business.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and E2E (End-to-End) testing.
• Flexibility to work in functional testing.
• Ability to produce suggestion documents for application quality improvement.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.

Location : Dallas, TX

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $90,000 $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
