As a Lead Embedded Software Engineer, you'll lead the full development and architecture of mission-critical embedded software onto their Spacecraft and Satellites.
Lead Embedded Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Develop the full software lifecycle and architecture for embedded software systems (C, C++, RTOS)
- Lead HiL (Hardware In Loop) testing, on-vehicle testing, and eventual integration and deployment of Flight and GNC algorithms
- Support the adjacent development of propulsion, avionics, hardware, and other spacecraft systems
- Report directly into C-Suite whilst taking full ownership of the flight software design
Lead Embedded Software Engineer Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing complex embedded systems in Space or related industries (Drones, UAVs, Autonomous Driving etc.)
- Excellent C / C++ embedded software skills
- Python knowledge (test, automation, etc.)
- Experience with ROS, NASA cFS, or MAX is desired
A US Green Card or Citizenship is required!
