About the team : The Corporate Consolidations team is a critical FPA team working together to gather financial data from different business units, consolidating financials to create a comprehensive view of the company’s financial performance.
The team prepares consolidated financials for management reporting during the close, forecast and planning cycles.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the consolidation of financial results for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on consolidations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
