\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n \n\t

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.

\n\t\n\t

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

\n\t\n\t

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health maintenance.

\n\t\n\t

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

\n\nQualifications\n\n \n\t

Active RN License (Texas or Compact State).

\n\t\n\t

BLS and ACLS certifications (required).

\n\t\n\t

Minimum of 1–2 years of Med Surg experience preferred.

\n\t\n\t

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

\n\t\n\t

Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including PRN coverage as needed.

\n\t\n
