Project Manager Qualifications :
- Must have a proven work history working as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor and / or a Developer Builder.
- 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Practical experience in project management
- Excellent people skills
