ETL Developer

The position provides support for the development and management of the Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure, which includes data warehouses, data marts, data models, data services, views, and reports.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient and effective data integration and reporting across various departments, with particular attention to compliance and security standards in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities include :

Data Integration and Management : Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, reports, and data integration workflows to support centralized and departmental data needs.

Collaborate with both internal and external partners to integrate diverse data sources and ensure data consistency and quality.

• Support for Research and Analysis : Contribute to data-driven decision-making by developing processes and solutions that support research, analytics, and reporting initiatives across various domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Data Transformation and Workflow Design : Design and implement ETL workflows and data models that reshape raw data into structured, usable formats for analysis and reporting, while continuously improving data pipeline efficiency.
• Compliance and Governance : Ensure that all data management practices adhere to relevant compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, data privacy regulations) and governance frameworks.

Facilitate the secure handling, storage, and transfer of sensitive data, while maintaining proper documentation and tracking of data assets.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business leaders, research teams, and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements, design solutions, and deliver actionable insights in support of research, operational, and strategic objectives.
• Data Stewardship and Quality Assurance : Maintain oversight of data quality, integrity, and security, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and properly managed throughout its lifecycle.

Ensure that data processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and transparency.
