We are currently seeking a skilled Woodworker with finish carpentry skills and machine operating skills to join our team.
This position is ideal for individuals who have experience working with wood door components for a company that specializes in custom door manufacturing.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in the woodworking industry.
- Ability to use hand tools. Drills, saws, and operates a forklift.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures.
- Attention to detail
- Lifts up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with other team members to complete projects as assigned.
- Performs basic woodworking such as trimming, shaping, and finishing.
- Knows how to use various tools and equipment required for the job at hand. Operates power tools according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Trims, shapes, and finishes materials using a variety of woodworking equipment such as an routers, sander / finisher, band saw, etc.
- Safely move and load material with forklift
- Machine operating
Day shifts available- must be flexible with OT and occasional weekends
Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour
