SENIOR FP&A ANALYST Under the general direction of the VP of Finance, the Senior FP&A Analyst will work with the finance staff, IT, and other executives to set company-wide standardized financial reporting, planning, analysis, and KPIs.

This individual will need to leverage their strong accounting and information technology experience to design and develop consistent reporting, analyze financial data, develop projections, and drive process improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operational financial data at the corporate and business unit levels including project and business unit performance analysis (including variances and improvement opportunities), forecasting and other analysis / reporting as required
• Maintain and enhance financial reporting for all profit lines
• Develop quarterly reporting within Epicor or Spreadsheet Server to provide information required for annual and quarterly reporting
• Develop processes / reports to improve current weekly reporting
• Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedure
• Develop financial metric reporting and analysis
• Work with all business units to provide data for business-critical decisions
• Improve and develop reports and processes, including consolidation process and quarterly reporting
• Prepare monthly rolling twelve-month forecasts and assist with labor planning
• Prepare variance analysis on monthly actual vs. budgets
• Lead annual budgeting process
• Lead capital reporting process
• Support the business by performing technical duties, including report definition and development, data extraction, and data analysis
• Other reporting and analysis as requested by the Leadership Team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Accounting / GAAP knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
• Experienced in an ERP environment with preference to Epicor Kinetic
