We are seeking an Inventory Control / Project Coordinator for our customer, County Materials, in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Duties : Monitors and maintains min / max stocking inventory levels, pre-receiving of orders as required, and investigates problems.

Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

Resolves purchasing order entry ticket discrepancies.

Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.

Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Establishes stocking levels on manufactured items.

Communicate effectively with Team Members from other departments.

Communicating with location dispatch on inventory delivery.

Creating product quotes for customers, including cost, schedules and delivery.

Notifying and scheduling product pick up with customers via email and phone.

Work Environment : Office working environment 75% Outside working environment 25% Physical Requirements : Sitting frequently.

Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely.

Standing / Walking / Climbing.

Experience & Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ year of experience with Inventory Control, Customer Service and Project Coordination.

Proficient computer and mathematical skills.

Dependable, self-driven, organized, and detail orientated.

Customer Service focused.

Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success.

Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.

Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
