The Pharmaceutical Development Program Manager (PDPM) is part of the Delivery Operations Unit and has the following key areas of responsibility to deliver program outcomes : + Provide insights into project timelines and resources, exhibit proactive risk and issue management, and maximize asset value for pharmaceutical development and lifecycle management programs within the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) and preclinical sciences & translational safety (PSTS) areas of expertise + Drive strategic decisions and achieve key deliverables CMC team, PSTS team, and project management team (PMT), based upon available data, assumptions, scenario development and critical path analysis + Provide expert advice on seamlessly executing the development plan in line with key decision points and risk mitigation and avoidance activities + Represent CMC and PSTS in PMTs to contribute to cross-functional planning, budgeting, and risk management, and act as key interface towards finance + Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement and simplification across PDPM, GD and the Delivery Units to provide project management support in a more efficient and effective manner + Provide program management support to pharmaceutical development and lifecycle management programs from late lead optimization up to and including transfer of ownership + Wo To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
