Nurse Manager- Clinical Decision Unit

In accordance with the Mission and Cornerstone Behaviors, the Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Department Director, plans, organizes, staffs and directs patient care on a daily operational basis in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.

• Education : Graduate from school of nursing; BSN required
• Licensure / Certification : Current license to practice in the State of Florida
• Experience : Minimum of two year's recent and relevant clinical experience required
• Effective Communication Skills
• Evidence of effective leadership and management abilities / potential
• BLS healthcare provider training required
• Professional Certification Preferred
• ACLS healthcare provider training, if applicable (i.e. Emergency Department, ICU)
