About The Position
Job Details
Requirements :
- Specialty : LCSW or LPC (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical therapy (individual and group)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Any state license accepted
Schedule :
- 13-week assignment
- Start date : Immediately
- 8a - 4 : 30p shifts from Mondays - Fridays
Responsibilities :
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Perform home visits for supported living
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per shift
- Document patient care accurately using EMR

- Patient population : Adults with behavioral health and substance use disorders
- Current staff mix includes MDs, RNs, and a Behavioral Health Director
