An esteemed and successful client is looking for an experienced General Manager to run a high volume, high energy fine dining property and make sure that the restaurant is set up for success everyday.

He / She will have bottom line responsibility and accountability for the fiscal health of the restaurant and must be the "face" of the restaurant by adhering to these position requirements :

Position Overview :

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance profitability.

This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service.
  • Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in a management role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
