As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively hunting for leads to expand our client base.
- Client Engagement : Gathering and managing pertinent information for both buyers and sellers.
- Sales Funnel Management : Ensuring every lead is nurtured and added to the sales funnel efficiently.
- Develop the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand our clientele.
- Manage leads effectively by hunting for, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly with excellent customer responses.
- Maintain an organized database of current and potential clients ensuring all lead information is up to date.
- Engage with prospects through various communication methods such as email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to demonstrate progress towards company objectives for the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license in California.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for successful client engagement.
Compensation
$85,000 - $250,000 yearly
