• Well-established and outpatient
• Shared call schedule with 24 / 7 RN triage
• East Health Pavilion also houses Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology, full lab services, X-ray and PT and rehab
• Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) practice model with pharmacist, dietician and care navigation nurse
• Electronic Medical Record system (Epic)Licensure & Certifications
• Board certified / board eligible in Family Medicine
