RN Unit Manager Responsibilities : Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned units Ensure quality care, proper documentation, and medication / treatment administration Conduct resident rounds and assess care outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans Provide staff mentorship and on-the-floor guidance Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance Help maintain a positive, respectful environment for staff and residents Qualifications : Current RN license in New Jersey (or eligible for NJ endorsement) 2 years of clinical nursing experience , preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and team leadership skills LPNs with supervisory experience may also be considered Schedule & Benefits : Full-Time | Day Shift (Includes weekend rotation) Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and more Supportive team culture and room to grow within our network Take the Next Step in Your Career!
